Brian Rosen

Founder & General Partner

Brian has been a  lifelong leader in the Adult Beverage Category. He is globally regarded as the leading authority in the three-tier system.

Brian sold his own $100M-retail liquor enterprise to private equity, became a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Adult Beverage, and was lead consultant in Trade Marketing at Anheuser- Busch. Brian later sold his 2nd company BevStrat, to private equity .

As General Partner for InvestBev, Brian is intimately involved across fund formation, deal negotiation, brand growth and exit.

Brian has an Executive Leadership degree from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business MBA program and a degree in marketing and finance from DePaul University

Giuseppe Infusino

Chief Investment Officer

Giuseppe has over 12 years of investment and operations experience.  Giuseppe leads InvestBev's investment sourcing, diligence, and structuring processes.

Prior to joining InvestBev, Giuseppe was Vice President at RVK where he managed several multi-billion-dollar private equity portfolios on behalf of large institutional investors. Giuseppe led buy-side analysis on direct and private equity fund investments. Giuseppe sourced, vetted, and negotiated transactions on behalf of his clients deploying over $1B across multiple strategies in the private equity space. Giuseppe began his career with Bank of America focused on optimizing organizational structure and improving operating processes.

Giuseppe earned an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Erin Duffy

Portfolio Brand Relations

Erin brings deep client service experience having spent over 7 years with Arthur Gallagher & Co., and most recently serving as Director of Business Development for ELAP Services. Erin has also served as the Supplier Relationship Lead for BevStrat for over 4 years.

Erin specializes in supplier relations, startup culture, wine and spirit scouting, and investor communications.

Erin earned her degree in business from Bradley University and her MBA in business from DePaul University Kellstadt School of Business.

Rob Weir

Industry Analyst

Prior to joining InvestBev, Rob was a Manager at Kearney in their Aerospace, Transportation, and Industrials practice where he specialized in organizational transformation, operations, and supply chain. Prior to consulting, Rob was a Captain in the U.S. Army Infantry, deployed to Afghanistan.

At InvestBev, Rob is integral to due diligence, portfolio operational improvement, and innovation activities.

Rob earned an MBA in Economics, Econometrics & Statistics, and Operations Management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Political Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Peter McDonnell

Investor Relations

Peter McDonnell is a proven entrepreneur and capital markets professional. He has procured and advised on >$2B private equity events and placements. Has worked with some of the most well-known Venture Capital firms and their portfolio companies, securing late-stage venture financing and growth capital: KPCB, NEA, Benchmark, Khosla Ventures and Rembrandt Ventures. Founded McDonnell, Inc. a Broker Dealer and member firm of the CME, CBOT and CBOE. Mr. McDonnell began his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert.

Jeff Hopmayer

With more than 30 years of experience as a Chief Executive, with the majority of that in adult-beverage organizations operating within both the public and private sectors, Jeff has built multi-million dollar companies from the ground up.

Through that process, he has overseen mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and much more. Jeff has gained extensive experience in the retail, consumer products, and adult beverage arenas through these companies, and now he’s sharing his knowledge with other entrepreneurs through the Brindiamo Group.

Ron Diamond

Longtime investor and entrepreneur Ronald Diamond is the Founder and Chairman of Diamond Wealth Strategies. He represents 100 single Family Offices ranging in size from $250 million to $30 billion.

Diamond Wealth invests in private markets (private equity, venture capital, and real estate). In addition, Diamond Wealth has divisions that focus upon philanthropy, wealth transfer, investment banking, social impact, and governance.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Diamond founded Pinnacle Capital — a $250 million hedge fund which outperformed the S & P index 10 out of 10 years —  before ultimately selling his company to an international investment firm. Previously, Diamond served as a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns. He began his career as an analyst at Drexel Burnham Lambert.
